I love this sink! Everything we were looking for. But the drain stopper this comes with has fallen apart multiple times and gone down the drain. But of course I can’t find one that works with this sink.After searching a long time for sinks at name brand stores I decided to pull the plug on this one and I’m glad I did. It’s so nice, and really no vibration noise which is good. It cleans nice and I like that it came with other AccessoriesRUST RUST spots after three weeks. Contacted Torva expecting details about warranty and received this response. "Stainless steel is certified, but irregular operations can lead to rust, such as paint can lead to partial corrosion, resulting in local rust.We suggest, apply some toothpaste, with a cloth or washing cotton to try, toothpaste can play a lubrication role is not easy to be scratched.IRREGULAR OPERATIONS? What does that even mean. I have always used the protective rack at the bottom, never let dishes in the sink and didn't wash anything other than plates, bowls, spoons, knives, etc. No auto parts, dogs or babies washed in the sink. I have had stainless steel kitchen sinks before and they have never rusted even after 15 years and didnt even have a protective rack. Gee, I wonder where they were made? And since it is undercount, it sure will be fun and cheap to replace.he quality of the sink is really poor. It started scratching within a week of us installing it. The material is bad and it does not clean so well. The size does not fit in to our garbage disposer and so we had to take it off. Also the stand they have is so clumsy. I would not suggest you buying this product. Once you install it you will be stuck with it because getting it uninstalled and reinstalling a new one is pricey and will be waste of time. Also this sink wont work with your standard size garbage disposer , which means you have to buy a new more expensive one. The steel quality is really poor and it leaves stains and residue, which is very hard to clean. It is not worth the price. It does not look like a good quality stainless steel.Love this sink with our gold delta faucet! Easy for our contractors to mount the sink with our new quartz counter tops and existing cabinets. Love the little basket for catching excess food. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the inner rack but love it! you can dry dishes on the inside the sink with it. It also protects the sink from scratches from things like knives.Had to get this size after the countertop guys screwed up the original island sink cutout orientation. Thought this brand might be okay but found it to be a poor quality stainless that quickly spots and refuses to be cleaned easily (as compared to a Kraus and off-brand stainless sinks). Even worse the bottom has virtually no slope resulting in water pooling around the rim of the drain which isn't punched deep enough to bring the rim below the bottom of the sink. I even tried pushing/pulling down on the bottom of the sink to aid water draining to no avail, will never buy again!I bought this sink for my kitchen remodel and we installed it for thanksgiving, but the grid started to rust very fast when it is supposed to be stainless steel.A week ago I contacted the seller and sent him pictures of how damaged the grid was and it had not been used for more than a month and a half, the least is to buy another one, but if it has been used for such a short time, how is it possible that they are not responsible?It was easy to setup and did the job. Nothing to complain about.I am a builder, so I feel like I have a pretty good background on the value and quality of sinks. This sink has done nothing but impress me. When our kitchen remodel had gone over it's $40k budget due to some unforeseen aditional issues we had to try to make our money count but without ruining the end goal so we decided to take a chance on this sink because of the good reviews, and the specs. I have flipped a number of houses, from low end to high end, and I know that gauge and sound deadening are big issues to me. This sink is as good as the $1100sinks we were looking at and even with my 20% contractor discount this sink was still way less expensive. We've had it for about 2 months and I'm still as satisfied as day 1. Some people have complained that it can scratch, all I can say to that is I've never seen a stainless sink that can't. If you clean in the direction of the grain in the metal it should look awesome for many years.La tarja esta divina, llego perfecta y con su rejilla y contra-canasta. We are renovating our 90’s kitchen and we’re in need of a new under mount sink when we put in countertops.. I checked the big box stores and found the style I liked but the prices were high... Checked amazon and immidiately decided on this sink... glad I did...!! Reviews for this sink were the deciding factor ..Definitely would recommend this sink to friends .No lo he instalado por que mi casa está aun en remodelacion, pero se ve de buena calidad, está bien hecho, se ve resistente y de diseño muy bonito, es graandee, pero justo buscaba eso asi que por ahora estoy contenta, habrá que esperar a usarlo y actualizar la reseña.Es vertical, cumple con lo que indica en las características, muy elegante y perfecta para la cocina pequeña que tengo
