I was a bit hesitant about this sink because all of my previous ones were cast iron, but I am SO GLAD that I bought it! My plumber appreciated the light weight, which simplified the installation, but the thing that I love is that my sink doesn't look dirty all the time. I purchased the Bisque color, and it doesn't show every single stain like my previous sink. I wipe it daily and once a week use a little Bartender's Friend. It continues to look like new! Highly recommend!It is a great sink, rich looking and so practical. We can easily wash dishes or bathe the baby in it without getting water all over. Directions say to wipe out so it's dry and not to leave dishes in it. Very glad we chose this sink.Our contractor removed the first hole by very lightly hammering it out. Very lightly. And it chipped big time !!!! See from the photos. So he went and got the right tool. And the hole came perfect.Very upset it chipped.Spending so much money and it chipped.PROS-The lower divider in this sink is unbelievably useful when washing large items like cutting boards.-Finish has a slight sparkle to it that I personally enjoy.-Install is straightforward and simple-This sink is DEEP! I went from a 6" sink to this, and I will never go back. It's such a luxury to have such a large sink when doing a load of dishes.CONS-I had to modify my cabinet supports slightly to get this sink to fit. This won't be the case for everyone, but it was for me. This sink fits very close to the cabinets in the front, and I had some supporting members of my cabinetry that interfered with the front of the sink during installation. If your current sink has a large front lip, you might want to check to make sure that this sink will fit properly without modifying your cabinet supports. If you're fine with modifying your cabinet supports, go ahead, you'll love this sink.-It's not EASY to chip this material by any means, but I don't feel comfortable throwing my silverware into the sink from across the room. When I was installing this unit, I had a mishit with my hammer on a light swing and put a small chip into the lip of the sink. I would imagine that tossing a heavy metal item like an ice cream scoop might be able to produce the same result in the bowl of the sink. For now, I'll refrain from throwing my dishes.OVERALLI highly recommend this sink if it will be a size upgrade. As a functional upgrade, I would still highly recommend it. The lower divider is great for washing those big, unwieldy items.Size and appearance exceptionally good. It is more expensive than many, but seems worth it. Beware of the overall size, even if the length and width are exactly the same as the sink you already have. It is much deeper than the old sink we had, and its dimensions below the counter are larger, requiring some cutting away of existing counter supports. In the end it required about double the estimated installation effort, but the result is very satisfying.I bought a black sink from PoshHaus on Amazon during the Covid and didn't get a plumber here to install it until after our return date had expired. After our plumber took the sink out of the box he noticed a crack in it so I contacted Amazon to see if we could get a replacement and PoshHaus said they were willing to send a replacement even though I was out of the window of returns. We have our sink now and appreciate PoshHaus willing to work with us!!!We had a Kohler cast iron sink for 20 plus years. Replaced it with this sink and are thoroughly pleased. Love the lower divided sink and it cleans really easy with a magic eraser sponge.Very nice sink and value for the cost. The finish is very nice and doesn't show stains at all. Punching out the holes from the back isn't difficult but takes about 10 minutes per hole if you're being careful. Easy install. I recommend this sink for sure.
